Swift Royale 590 Gas System (1 Viewer)

Hi, I'm doing some updating to our gas system as we are only wanting the fitted cooker. Question is that there is a gas 'manifold' with 4 ports. Looks like the gas comes in from the cylinder at the Right or Left hand side, not sure which, and there are 2 taps on the underside, one white faced, one red faced on the taps. Could someone please tell me which port is which.
