Top corner of plastic window broken off about 30x30 triangle shape. Outside of seal area so could just leave it.
Think it was previously stuck back with superglue by previous owner but over enthusiastic cleaning poped it off.

So what do u think would be best solution?

If it's a perfect fit I would use superglue. If it's not, I would use a glue that can act as a slight filler. Ie epoxy or contact adhesive.
That's me, I'm sure you will get other advice shortly (y)

Two pack Epoxy tends to hold better than superglue but takes longer to set. Where an item is subject to stress or vibration I would go for Epoxy any time.

But that's only my opinion!

have a word with a double glazing place they can let you have super glue and an activator . spray activator on after you have used glue and off it goes .
they use it on all the trim around windows doors etc .
i use it to allow the glue to fill gaps etc .

I have had success with polystyrene cement (Airfix type glue) sticking together my rear plastic bumper. It helps if you can find bits of plastic to strengthen it behind the crack. The hardest part is finding the right plastic! - it need to melt the plastic.
After experimenting with all the plastics I could find in my garage I found an old Swish curtain rail was perfect.

Although in this case I would use Araldite. I have never had much success with Super Glue - except in gluing my fingers together.

Bumpers will be made of abs windows from acrylic. Different types of plastic, OK 7-8 quid might be expensive but tensol is the business for acrylic.

many many years! since I was a kid
acrylic glue everytime as using other glues will eventually fail. just like the previous superglue, which goes brittle with heat and uv

Since 2008 & many years tugging
I would use an epoxy designed for plastic like Superglues "Plastic Fusion", used it to do exactly the same job on a caravan window it was still OK when I sold the caravan several years later.

There are so many plastics and not all will stick together. I have even had plastic welders refuse some plastics.
Airfix glue worked very well on my bumper but what I need now is fine fine filler or paint to hide the tiny crack line, without spraying the whole bumper.

Thanks for all the replys.
Have ordered up a couple of the cheaper options and will seebhow they go before moving onto the more expensive.
Looking to see if they melt the plastic (prob a tech term for this) to give a permanent bond.
Will report back when solution found.

A lot of Mobil smart repair people use a soldering iron at the back where no one can see to melt plastic together

Used 2 part epoxy and it seems to be stuck together OK. Intend to give it a couple of days to fully harden then I'll give it a tug. Might try the soldering iron trick (thanks) before as well.
Couple of cheap adhesives were useless and the proper stuff recommended above was about £35 so did not bother. Hope I don't get back from my travels and find I need a complete window.
