Just been for a walk into the village, which took about ten minutes. For anyone planning a stopover or longer stay I would recommend this site, as it combines a quiet sheltered site with access to the village. The only drawback is the lack of local food stores. When I asked the girl on reception if there was a butchers in the village she said it closed about 15 years ago, so we ended up going to Morrisons on the way to Penzance. So much for our plan of supporting local shops and eating seasonal local produce wherever possible
