Is this a scam? Zero feedback, way up in Scotland, a bit too cheap but not stupidly so like they usually are.......

It could be Paul they usually ask nearer 10k ish but with petrol engine could well be at a price to sell --So long as nobody sends money to get delivery should be ok. edit oooops just noticed you say 9.5k
