Stuck grey water valve: 2013 Hymer (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have any experience with a stuck grey water valve on a Hymer? We have managed to syphon the water out (not nice, but it worked) and I am unable to turn the valve.

Any advice will be gratefully received...

Never had a problem with ours. If it's a 2013 van I would be asking the dealer to sort it out I think.

Thanks ....sorted now

I am a long way from the dealer, but it turned out to be more straightforward once I managed to get a proper grip on the aluminium shaft that opens the valve. Just need to replace one bolt and we are back in business. At least it opens now.
