Just had a look at the Met Office synoptic charts.

It looks like the low is already being predicted to weaken.
I think it will be very windy but not the doom and gloom predicted.
Normally when they predict days in advance its all tosh!

But don't hold me to that.....

We have been down in Glastonbury for a few days, were going to stay until Monday but came back yesterday to beat the weather. Wish we hadn't, got stuck in SLOW moving traffic on M1 then A1 for one and half hours:Doh:

Due to hit Cornwall Sunday eve, winds predicted at 36mph, we've known worse. Usually calms down a bit by the time it moves up the country. Doesn't appear a 'batten down the hatches' one.

Wind getting up a bit here, and skies are begining to look a bit grey.

At 9-30pm Saturday it was blowing so hard that if it had been in a different direction I would never have made it from the marina to the car park.

Fortunately it blew more towards it, real gale at Poole tonight.

Not too bad driving back to Wokingham although were the usual idiots on the M27 and M3 doing 90 in the rain
