We have just spent the afternoon, in the sun, 22 degrees, shorts and tee shirts. We are looking for ideas of where to go and where to stay if we go west towards Perpignan .
As always thanks in advance

There is an aire in a village called Latour Bas Elne, it's more of a motorhome site than an aire (individual pitches in a field) it's handy for both St Cyprien and Argeles Sur Mer.

There is an aire in St Cyprien, which is a "compound" type at the side of the harbour, with barrier entry exit.

Inland is the village of Dhulac sous Peyrepartuse which has a free aire and some decent walks in the hills and a cathare castle.

You can park overnight in Collioure (free out of season) with a 20 min walk to the village (one of the prettiest on that coast)
