Just found this listed elsewhere. Worth a mention...
Looks like it's just parking and no facilities, ie dump or water. But a start maybe for other UK towns..
Use it or loose it...

Yes parked there in the daytime last year, it's ok just a car park really but a cinema and cafes right alongside and next to the sea, special spades for mhs, think its about £6 for the night but might be wrong, trams go past the entrance to Blackpool

you're better off parking at Blackpool Cricket & Squash Club on Commonedge Road, South Shore. You can use the club facilities or walk over to the Shovels Pub for a meal and a pint. It's on the main bus route for St Annes and Blackpool. You can also park at St Annes Cricket Club and use their facilities, motorhomes are welcome.

I think that misses the point of the council providing an aire.
There are loads of places you could park, but now that someone is providing what most ask for, as the man says, "Use it or lose it".
The choice is ours. :thumb:
