I may be wrong but I was under the impression that you cannot simply stick in a zenon bulb, my car has zenon headlights and the car has to be returned to dealers for replacement/faults and the proper zenon headlights are very, very expensive to replace (a £600 option on my car but as it was a demonstrator I did not pay this)

Simple answer is no. Xenon headlights are a specialist fitting & the law requires that they are self leveling, they also have to have a headlight washer system. Even buying the parts from a vehicle breaker is difficult as the Sprinter body control module needs to be activated so the the levelers & washers work. Remember too that you'd need to change the whole headlamp units on both sides as well as a new bumper with the washers built it.
I'd also be very careful of some of the brighter bulbs, its very very easy to fall foul of the law & upset the MOT tester. Your local Halfrauds might be able to give you advice on what you can and cannot do.
Just out of curiosity, why do you want xenon's on your Sprinter, the standard headlights are quite decent.
Just a thought really, the van shown is my last one and the lights were poor, the ones on the new van might be better being Mercedes as to Hymer. Thanks for info
