Hi we are off to sowerby bridge on the 23rd and 24th of july any sujestions where to stay ?:thumb:

We are more or less in the next town and may be a little biased but our suggestion would be------- Ambleside


Seriously cannot help with Sowerby Bridge but if you stick fast we can help with the Todmorden area about eight miles away

There is a CL at Mytholmroyd about 5 miles away £4 a night. Just a field with tap, toilet dump and bins. We were there last week and had a great time. If you want details I shall post them later.

The caravan club site at Hebden Bridge is near to Sowerby

Cupcake is right there is a CC site and he is close as that is at cragg vale Mytholroyd not quite halifax.

For all we are too familiar with the area it is actually a nice place to stay with a stream running through and some very nice walks out from the site.

If you do like walking then Stoodley pike is the place to head for and when you get there give us a wave or pop down for coffee.
