Sorry-Another Chinese Sat Nav question (1 Viewer)

I have two of these, having purchased a second unit as back up following an issue with my original in Spain last winter.
When the new unit arrived I decided to update the maps on both units, Deleted all the maps I did not want and reloaded the new maps for this years winter trip, UK , Spain and Portugal, without keeping a backup. I am sure those of you who have updated the maps on these units know what's coming! You guessed it, I have deleted the ftr files. No problem with Spain and Portugal as new files are with the map downloads but no ftr file with UK maps.
Can anyone suggest how I can find and download the ftr file for the the UK?
