Somewhere Nice To Stop In South East Wales? (1 Viewer)

I know there are other areas on the site, but this is short notice as we have decided to go off tmrw morning for a night away.

Looking for somewhere south east Wales as will be calling in to see family in Monmouth.

We are looking for a nice campsite by a lake or river, with a nice country pub nearby.

Or a nice country pub by water with own small camp area.

We don't really want just a pub car park. It's gotta be a bit special

What ya got ?

Nothing at Ross on Wye ? passed it a few times over the years,looks good from the main road.

this one seems to tick your seems to tick your wants list - not a bad looking site, nice area too but not sure what the rivers been doing there lately!! if up the road in Ross is anything to go by it may be a tad soggy!!
