While we're in that area: Does anybody know what short-to-medium plans there are for development?

We spent the weekend at Hayfield C&CC. Site was nice and flat - scenic good for walking up Kinder Scout etc. Nice pubs for food. Facilites were absolutely spotless (although we didn't use them) plenty of people in PVC who were.
Worst part was the access through Hayfield itself is VERY tight (they dont accept caravans due to this) and making our way in on Friday in the dark in our first trip in this bigger MH was very hairy!
