Ken those are great. Im just nipping in to resize some of mine for you. I love sun sets, I really do, Im mad about them, but a Buddhist client told me once that I was wrong.
" Paul, never relish the sunset, but embrace the sun rise" is what he said.

I love sunsets too and at Carsington we had some beats. I took loads the ones I have posted are "as took" I need to play with some to get the best out of them.
I like sunrises too but later in the year :Rofl1: it's too early for me yet (old fart). :Eeek:
October we are up to Loch Tay, Loch Ness, Fort William and Jedburgh hope to get some good shots then.
BTW did you know it is pollution that creates the best sunsets? :thumb:

These are two sunrise pics that Jill took from the passenger seat in October 2004 as we were driving along the Whitby to Scarborough road for a family history fair. We use them for some of the keyrings we sell.

There you are Paul. Originals are big TIFFs and I went a bit overboard reducing them so they wouldn't be too big

Ken and Steph and everyone who posted photos, how beautiful... please keep posting more.

Paul, as a Buddhist I can add that - to rise the sun must first set, so that we can rejoice.... Your photos are lovely.
