Hi Maureen and welcome. I used to tow a caravan with my husband by my side but when he passed away I decided it would be better for me to get a motorhome (I just didn't like the thought of the hooking up to the car bit on my own for some reason) so I took the plunge sold the caravan and bought a motorhome last year and I can honestly say I love it. Yes it was a little bit scary at first, because it was different to driving a car, not least the handbrake being on the opposite side. But once I got used to driving it I find I really enjoy it. Someone has mentioned the meet in April I am hoping to go along and am looking forward to meeting everyone who will be there. So hopefully you will be able to come whether with your caravan or motorhome.
