Hi has anyone got one of these, Satellite dish and solar panel combined fitted to their Motorhome. Just wondering if its worth having one fitted. We need to have a dish fitted.

If you want to watch TV in daytime forget it - you can't point the dish at the satellite and the sun at the same time.

I'm a believer in KISS. Instead of all eggs in one basket I think keep 'em separate is best long term.

Check the wattage of the solar, solar panels are BIG, bigger than sat dishes, so you could lose on two counts, maybe three.
