solar panel fitting (1 Viewer)

hi all, help required. I have a 2007 autocruise stardream. I would like to have a solar panel installed and I believe the wiring to the control panel is already there and needs a code? to activate it. any tech guys out there know if this is the case and where have they put the plug to connect it to the panel

I have never heard anything about a code being mentioned. On some control panels they have a solar regulator built in and all you need is the lead.
Maybe other will know..

Good luck, It's not hard to do and you will find everything you need on ebay and local DIY/ Car parts...

What power supply is fitted ???

the pre-wiring could be anywhere and you still need to drill through the roof.

far easier to start from scratch with a proper solar controller and wiring.
