Solar Panel And Controller Fitted......lights Go On/off (1 Viewer)

I fitted a 100w solar panel and 15a controller, all wired up and then the big switch on.....lights went on and off in rapid succession.
My MH is a Bessacarr e425 and the manual states there are wires already to accept the input from a solar panel installation....I found and used these. Checked the continuity of these wires, the negative side of the battery was fine, the positive was not connected so I ran a new wire from the battery positive to my connections....result everything works fine. Phew !!!

Did you put an in-line fuse near the battery in the new wire you ran from the battery?
