So yesterday I mainly spent the day removing a trim that covers the joint between the roof and the rear wall..
Resealed the joint, then refitted the extruded ally trim with new screws and sicaflex, filling the old screw holes and drilling new ones
More prevention that anything else but glad I did as the existing screws were all rusty as hell so it would only be a matter of time before a leak occured.

Of course I HAD to notice the damned roof needs doing again.. so today.......

Wet feet, knees and aching arms are the order of the day

Why oh why do manufacturers still use iron screws instead of stainless. An extra tenner on stainless screws would solve many of these problems when built.

Yesterday I mainly spent the day looking at my Hymer "Strom" gauge with a smug, self satisfied grin on my face...

...and I did some cupboard rearranging and a little more "Mer" work...

    Today... fridge cleaning...

The 141 other vans will all be scrubbed and polished by their owners prior to entry to the Funster area... or else !
