Snooper Ventura Screen Freeze (1 Viewer)

hi all
Have had our snooper Ventura s5000 caravan club edition for a few years, and it has served us reasonably well. Haven't got lifetime map updates, but forked out £85 for a new map in April.
I decided to make sure all software was up to date before our trip in September, and after using the Ventura update programme the sat nav won't go past the caravan club initial screen. I've tried the update a few times and even pressed the reset button. Before I throw it out of the upstairs window has anyone any idea what else I can do? Thanks!

Ring their support line. They were very helpful when I had a problem. I can post a link later if you can't find the number.

Mine froze in Italy a few weeks ago.
It was due to heat.
I had left it on the dash in full sun.
Just waited for it to cool down and its ok now.

As TheCaller said great support from Snooper.
They cant do enough for you when there is a problem.

You were right everyone - snooper are helpful, even though my sat nav is four years old! All fixed now - I had to download an update directly from their website thanks all!
