Snipe in Spain for SKY ? (1 Viewer)

Quite fancy fitting a Snipe sat to my 5ver.
Given that I have no interest at all in receiving BBC1, 2, ITV, Channel 4 or 5 and am happy with my basic subscription SKY package (Sky+ box) could anybody tell me if the Snipe sat would be suitable for Spain, as far as Costa Almeria?

We spent 4wks there in Feb this year and don't have Snipe but a a65cm automatic dish could not pick up decent signal for sky had to use freestanding 1.2m dish was able to then recieve SKY.
Hope that's of some use

The majority of the Sky pay channels are on the European beam, and therefore should be available in most of Spain on an 80cm dish.
