Hi there, we are currently in Severac le Château. Today I got hit by a White van man. He thumped mirrors and kept on driving. We are RHD Hyundai i800.
I checked with my insurance,(RSA), they thought it would be OK till home. I'm not so sure. What do you think.
I thought of going to get one of those extension mirrors for towing caravans.
Thanks

A Woosh bang
if the mirror frame is ok, you could buy a stick on mirror glass..

if not.. as you suggest

But don't buy a replacement locally. They are different for right and left hand drive.
Edit: IT is for Ducatos - not sure about your vehicle. :)

5 years, feel free to ask me about the Carado!!
I carry a spare passenger side mirror in Europe and the tools to change it....constructed from the parts of two previously broken passenger mirrors, arising from the same type of encounter as you. Hope everything gets sorted OK. :france:
