Can anyone help? We are in the Highlands of Scotland brought our sky box from home in Cornwall but picture is broken up and we are receiving our local news station from Cornwall. The sky box given to us on the camp site is working fine...does our box need some sort of retuning? Would like to use our own box because we have full package. It worked fine last night.

Sky boxes automatically update whatever they need when ever they need - no need to "retune" them.
No matter where you are the regions for 101 102 103 104 105 are determined by your postcade and sky card address.
Many areas in scotland require a dish bigger then the "normal sized" sky dish.
Reception will also depend on the make and model of sky box, some are better than others.
Maybe your dish needs to be realigned slighly.
May help better is you specify what channels are breaking up...it on all channels then it is the box...in which case get another box and call sky to get you card repaired to the new box so you can watch your sports and movie channels (which are box specific - you will still be able to watch all the other channels tho!)
