No contest. If I were you, I would chose Bruges. (y)
Lets leave Skeggy as a true British holiday destination, bereft of those whose only aim is to travel to foreign lands, pretending that they are on a 'Grand Tour', forsaking their birthright by hob-nobbing with Johnny Belgique, a most unsavory character, who, along with the unsavory French, also skedaddled when Adolph came to call. (y)
I mean, how could you want anything to do with a populace who live in Flem?? :)
No, retain Skeggy for the true believers, the crem' of British peoples who put their birthright before the pleasures of the flesh you will find at No 10, Stoofstraat.......Or so I hear.

As capital cities go Brugge is OK, very pretty. Been a few times and its always rammed with tourists which ruins it somewhat. That said Skeggy is ten miles closer to a beach and the walks on it are always bracing :)
