Looking to head off for the weekend. Was going to go to Melrose but the cc site is full. Any suggestions or recommendations for that area? Thanks

Hi have you tried phoning the site as i have found in the past that if web shows it full you can phone the wardens and they still have space. If not there is a site at Kelso cant remember if its cc or not and a bit further west you could visit Moffat nice little town.

Not Long Enough...!!
Caravan sites

The Springwood Park show ground have a small caravan site as far as I know at Kelso also there is a caravan site further on the road again I think its called Springwood.

I'm sure if you google kelso caravan sites something will come up or even Melrose. Kelso is about 14 miles from Melrose.

Have a good weekend and hope you get fixed up. Kelso really is a lovely market town.

Regards

Brian and Chris

You may well still be able to get into the CC site by calling them direct.
One of the problems with CC is that they don't take a deposit so loads of people book the sites well in advance and don't turn up:Angry:
