Max speed with motor assist 25kmh (16mph) The motor cuts out at 25kmh, but the bike will then go faster under pedals alone. This arrangement makes the bike legal without licence in EU countries.
The computer gives five power settings in which the bike can be ridden. Off, Eco, Tour, Sport and Turbo. Eco setting is adequate for most cycling, even steep hills, and will give a typical range of 90 to 100 miles. By using a combination of off on slightly downhill sections and eco we usually get ranges of 120 miles on a charge.
Gears are Sram Dual Drive, 24 gears with index trigger changes.
