Singles to island bed. (1 Viewer)

Still looking at various layouts for our first motorhome and we would love an island bed but they all seem to be well above our budget.
My question is,if we bought an A class with rear single beds, do you think it would be possible to remove these and fit an island bed?
Quite handy at diy and like a challenge but don't know if it would be feasible.

Within reason anything is possible.. but there may be equipment under the existing beds that would also need re -siting ..
