Hi all

Is Sikaflex 291 ok to use to seal a satellite hole?

Ive read 221 is the one thats recommended, however i can only get hold of 291, the marine supply place that has it says its just as good and the manufacturer descriptions are very similar?

Anyone know any more??

Thanks

Full range available at Travis Perkins, I've got loads left in a tube, where are you?

Im in Liverpool, i can get hold of the 291 down the road, but i just wanted to double check its ok. The searches ive done seem to indicate that most sikaflex marine sealants are good for the job..

I used Sikaflex EBT when I fitted my Camos crank up. It did a great job. As long as it reads...waterproof and flexible...it will be o.k.

Hi,Cant quite remember which way round it is,but one of them is a low slump, meaning it can be used on verticle surfaces without all running down the wall.In your case this wont apply.Regards,Dave.
