Had a go at cooking "Pancakes" on my "Cadac" today....

As it`s Shrove Tuesday... turned out brilliant...:thumb:

Found I can cook all manner of food on the Cadac,,,, Roast/Fish/Chops.... Brilliant bit of Kit...:thumb:

I even enjoy cooking, (Dont usually do Cooking)...

Even stood out side in 28 deg and wall to wall sunshine.. I enjoyed it.. :Cool::thumb:

Must get the next size up when we get home..

still cool here but we have pancakes tonight

It is well below what Mo is enjoying weather wise, but we will have pancakes tonight with maple sirup or sugar and lemon juice... chance to use my crepe pan again.. great item, does pancakes well.

batter mix 7p a packet Tesco's

Batter mix at Tesco's 7p ..just add water and an egg... elcheapo pancakes... very good they were as well.. some with sugar and lemon, some with Canadian Maple syrup .. even Ezzie has a pancake with lemon and sugar... no wonder she is 80 kgs (she is on a diet).
