Backed van into drive forgot bike mounted on van back wall , Bike handle pushed right through aluminum skin Any advise from anyone out there?? Can aluminum skin be repaired. Think I will need some professional attention but be grateful if anyone can fill me in with background knowledge so I can source the right people to reapir it. THanks

could poprivet a patch . or try to pull it out carefully and arange some kind of graphic or a sticker. a nice gb plate or something .

looks like it'll be body filler and a lot of work with wet 'n' dry paper to me.

the little 'flap' could be pulled out by screwing a self tapper in and gently pulling it out then fill and sand and paint.

then get rid of the bike rack and buy an A frame :thumb::roflmto:

quite simple , pop down to your friendly motorhome dealer , get a small grill that matches the others , screw on over the hole

I promise not to come and look to see what is underneath

Hi I would seal it before fitting a grill to keep the damp out :Smile:

I take that i will have to fix the grill (is this just a plastic cover ???) woth screws and need to drill more holes in the back wall Not sure if i want to do that.

By the way FITTING A FRAME to carry bike???? A bit overkill I think

Stick it on :thumb: I like vwalans idea get a bit of ali plate cut to GB sticker size and stick :ROFLMAO: other than that fill with fiberfil then smooth filler then paint :thumb:
