The suspension is down to possible millitant workers attacking,damaging or even sinking the ships, nothing really to do with the companies finances.
They have the liquidators in, but not until January. I think the French are now grasping at straws, but it its good news (imho) that they have this final clutch.
Union group have no chance of buying the company and they are doing their utmost to stop DFDS getting hold of it. So, who know's what will happen.
Personally, I hope DFDS do get hold of it just to keep P&O under control.
