Scrolling with Mouse (1 Viewer)

I have noticed a few times recently that I cannot scroll down any page on this web site, using the wheel on the mouse, when using Google Chrome (Version 57.0.2987.133)

If I click a different Tab in Chrome, then the mouse wheel works fine with other web sites
I can scroll down this web site by using the slide on the righthand side of the screen
If I switch to Firefox, then the mouse wheel works fine with this site

Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?

I kept getting it the other day. log out & back in & it would revert to working again.

Didn't have a problem at all yesterday but it has started doing it again this morning. No problems on anything else?
