Script (1 Viewer)

Help!
I keep getting this message and my computer slows down considerable.
Do I continue -
Do I stop script -
Do I debug script -

or is there something more significantly wrong?.
Is there something I need to do to fix the problem?

IMV just stop script and close your browser, then reopen and you may find it's gone ...

Is that on this site or another specific site? Also what browser are you using and is your OS up to date? But worth turning everything on and off as suggested. It cures no end of computer problems.
