Bought one today .. ideal for the van and for £15 I reckon it can't be between..
It has nice solid feel to it, the fan is a blade type not turbo .. so less trouble cleaning it.. don't know how to measure the 'blow' but it's good..
Reviews on Screwfix are good..

won't say it's quiet.. none are, but it's certainly not noisy . .. all in all.. a decent fan heater
