Looking for a wild camping site handy for the Scrabster ferry (08.45hrs) anyone have any suggestions:thumb:

Many thanks in anticipation, we are staying at Dingwall the night before, topping up with fuel etc and heading for Scrabster, Northlink tell me we are "NOT" allowed to overnight in waiting area.

Yes, we were wild camping in Thurso just a week ago. Pass the Glean Garage (on your right), go over the bridge, immediate right and you will see the trucks, coaches and motorhomes down the end. It is a nice spot right beside the water and close to the town if you want a walk or some dinner. Have a lovely time.
