We shall be watching out for this wth great interest. Ralph's researching Norway on the net regularly. Well , there and Iceland. He can't decide which for next year.

What's the travel time to get there David, is there a ferry that goes straight there or are you going across to France and driving most of the way?

What's the travel time to get there David, is there a ferry that goes straight there or are you going across to France and driving most of the way?

Its a very long drive round for us, last direct ferry to Norway sailed from Newcastle in 2008

With Lola we will take on the long haul via Folkestone, round trip 5000 miles in 4 maybe 5 weeks, starting to look a bit too far

Even taking a ferry option across to Holland doesn't really save that many miles and there are no decent dog facilities as far as I can see on any of those routes

It would be a fantastic trip if you don't mind the driving, quite a full on trip though, how many nights are you hoping to spend in Norway?
