Scarborough overnight parking (1 Viewer)

I know this is a hot potato and the rules seems to change all the time, its hard to keep up with the council regs. Some sites says its a no go others day they cannot enforce the ban. I am confused.

Can anyone tell me what the current state of play is
As far as a I know you cannot overnight on Marine Drive but someone told me Sealife carpark was still okay for MH to overnight in?

We plan to visit this weekend and looking for a place to overnight we plan to arrive late on Friday eve.

The rules don't change at all.....

All council owned car parks DO NOT allow overnight parking/sleeping.....this includes the sea life centre.
This also includes some roadside parking bays including marine drive, foreshore road and the esplanade.

Scarborough council and NYCC have deemed Scarborough anti-motorhome unless you arrive during the day and Bugger off before dark.

The parking restrictions are now legal and enforceable.
