Do peeps have combined sat navs and dash cams, 2 separate units or just the sat nav?

I know lots use the truck navs on ebay but I have seen navs with built in dash cams I was wondering if they are worth it?
MH I am getting already has a monitor for reversing. Not sure I want 3 screens
Do peeps find forward facing dash cams useful?

I'm testing a Mio Combo 5207 LM Truck against our main Garmin Camper 760 LMT-D at the moment (Jill does the driving and can see the Garmin but is not distracted by the Mio).

I was attracted to the Mio because we have their MiVue 518 dash cams already in the car and van.

So far I've not been impressed with the camera in the Combo, it is fiddly to set up whereas the dedicated 518 just sits there doing its job. At the moment I would say use separate units.

Separates, only a female can do two jobs at once, or so I'm told

Or can you gender definite versions?

I have the same dash cam Jaws was selling, a separate reversing camera which had a 7" monitor on the dash and a Chinese satnav. Satnav has a video input socket so that now doubles up as a reversing monitor.

Cuts down the clutter a bit.
