Hi all

We are having a bit of problem with the 240v in the van.

I have a 5a supply from the site into the van and whilst it cuts out occasionally appears ok.

All the 240v items work in the van

But the EC300 CP says there is no voltage supply at all. The panel that usually indicates type, time and temperature and whether 240v is present is showing all the other readings but not whether voltage is available.

Does anybody have any ideas please?

Hi, I can't help with that particular problem ,but when I had a problem in France due to reverse polarity which left my panel with various problems I contacted a gentleman called Clive at Sargent 01482-678981 tech support , talked me through the problem and got me sorted.

otherwise email craig@sargentltd.co.uk very helpful and prompt:thumb:

If the display shows odd things you have to unplug the display for a few mins to re set it so I believe
