Sargent control panel (1 Viewer)

hi all,
I have an issue with the Sargent control panel in my Autotrail 2013 Comanche. The display will only show the vehicle battery status and not scroll through the menu to the other screens. The vehicle battery requires charging every 6 - 10 days, I have a tracker fitted that notifies me! This has followed issues with the extract fan in the kitchen area and the fan on the Thetford toilet control which both stopped working. Both of these issues were dealt with by a Motorhome repair centre/retailer, following these repairs, the issue with the Sargent unit occurred. Can there be a link or am I just extremely unlucky? The unit is being repaired by the same dealer but if there is a possible link then I would like to discuss with the dealer! I have spoken with Autotrail who haven't heard of this issue.
Any thoughts?

Not that obvious really either as not so many companies are so easily accessible
