Sargeants LED battery readout (1 Viewer)

My new van is fitted with a battery state of charge readout consisting of a line of LED lights 2 green,2 yellow and the bottom 1 red.Can anyone please give me a rough guide to the equivalent voltage reading,and at what point do i need to recharge? thanks.
