. We had the use of one of the marquee's last night and had a social evening with Suggy and his guitar ,cloudy and windy but still warm more music and beer tonight

Just got home. Thanks for a great weekend. We had a great time.
Please make sure we are on the list for next year. We never got round everybody , but it was nice to meet some new faces. What a nice bunch of folk the funsters are:thumb:
We nearly went home minus a dog after Ruby snook out of the van when Ralph was putting the chairs away last night.
She's got doggy dementia. It was after midnight and we couldn't shout her. So we had to search quietly by torch light. After panicking , frantically walking the site and fields , Ralph spotted her obliviously sniffing out rats and rabbits.
Then he had to find me :RollEyes:

haha.
The dogs are whacked and so are we.

My management is still a bit p'd off with me for emptying the toilet cassette and changing the gas bottle this morning at 5.50.
It seemed a good idea at the time.

Been home since 15.20, and replaced my solar controller (so banging in the amps again

), repaired the MH garage door lifting mechanisim, and cooked the BBQ. A nice relaxing evening now, before work tomorrow.

A big thanks to Graham (Suggy) for sorting out our overheating fuse box, using gear I already had with me. No problems using the cab air con now. :thumb:

A big thanks too to Chris & Christine (Freelanderuk) for organising the meet. It was our first time at Saltfleet, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Chris, please pass on the Funster''s thanks for their efforts to accommodate us the way they did. :thumb:

And last but by no means least, thanks to friends old and new for helping to make it a cracking weekend.

We'll see many of you at Malvern next weekend. :thumb:

Just wanting to echo everyone else and say thanks to Freelander for organising the meet. Please pass on our thanks to the committee as well for letting us stay. An excellent event we loved it. Great to meet other funsters as well. Off to Ilfracombe on Thursday so will see even more funsters :Smile:

Well after a last minute decision to go to saltfleet it was a great weekend, good weather and great funsters, the Gala was very entertaining (as well as Bev & Debbie's dancing) :thumb:
can't wait to see the video Ralph.
The gang will be back next year to regain the Tug O War Trophy!!

just got back from saltfleet what a great week-end, thanks to all who attended and made us feel welcome, the get together friday night was topped by suggy performing with his guitat and sing songs, followed by gala night, and car boot with performers all day [ roll on next year] big thanks to freelander pat & ann
