Route west from camping albufeira (1 Viewer)

Hi,
We are in the camp site at albufeira and pan a slow route west to Sagres ideally wild camping. Can anyone help with paces to park up

Silves car-park---loads of campers there---ok'd by the mayoress:thumb: it's free with free wi-fi at the piscina (swimming pool) at the car-park.water available and a place to dump your loo---ask anyone there----Silves is a really nice little town.
Also at Silves barragem Arade (dam) just take Messines road out of town---loads of space there, not many vans as NO WATER available there AFAIK.
Portimao (free wi-fi at the Portimao retail park--it is at/near the food hall (which has good food and prices--good meal for €5.50)-- on the N125) and there is a large parking area, near the marina we believe, where you can park for €2 a night with dump and water at €1.50/100 litres.
Other than that just keep your eyes open for a place--------we stay in the hills and have no trouble finding places.
A lot of campers have been fined for wild camping around the beaches----we know they have been moved from Alvor this year.
We will be heading back to the Algarve in about 2 weeks-------also there is a camp-site at Mexilhoeira Grande Co-Ord. N37o10.372' W8o36.794' Phone 00351968 451 636 (could be 461 instead of 451 ?) or google 'the Chicken Run' about €9 a night inc-----. VERY small and laid-back---Really nice English owners.

Campsite The Algarve

The chickenrun camp site has watertank fill up / dump station overnight stay for 5 euros per night, please leave by 11 am. Free Tax to local shops, bars and restaraunts.

Lagos Aire

Try the FREE Aire alongside the Estado Municipal (Municipal Football Ground) just outside Lagos when entering from A125. Grey/Black disposal free, water available by token purchased at Football Stadium office €2 = 100litres. WC's also on Aire but not sure where to obtain key, would guess stadium office.

PS: 2 beautiful free parking locations in Sagres, adjacent to the bus terminal, glorious ocean views.... no facilities.
