Been around the block a few timesšŸ˜‰
Looking for a bit of advice from the experienced travellers in Spain.

Travelling from Capbreton in France to Cadiz over the next few days. We've been stuck here for a few days waiting for a part to be delivered to the Renault dealer. Hopefully it will arrive Weds/Thursday as they are shut Friday for Armistice Day.

The quickest route shows travelling through Vitoria, Valladolid then Salamanca but we've just heard there's snow at Leon. Would the toll roads on this route still be ok to pass through or would we be better travelling south from San SebastiƔn via Pamplona, Zaragoza and Valencia to Cadiz?

Also any suggestions for stopovers would be useful. We've got the CC/ACSI card and Camper Contact.

Any advice gratefully appreciated.

Cabarceno "aire" in Spain for the first stop would be my favourite. 170miles so not a long day.

See the safari park and the Egrets roosting in the evening. Nice bars in the village around 100mtrs away.

Then Aranjeuz - a long day at 300miles but is known as the Royal site of Aranjeuz as the spanish nobility used to live there. The park nearby and town are lovely. Visit the palace and pop into Madrid for 4e.

Then Caceres, Nice site and lovely old town which is easily accessed on the bus.

Then 240 miles to Cadiz.
