Route From Fussen to Lake Como area. (1 Viewer)

We are intending to do the "Romantic Route" ending at Fussen. We then want to move on to the lake Como area before entering France and heading for Calais and home.
Anyone got any suggestions for a route and stopping places?

If you go Bregenz, Chur, Como you avoid paying the Swiss and since it's only 230 miles you don't need a stop.
