Can anyone tell me ,can we stay at the ferry port the night before we sail back at 9.30 am

You can but there are a couple of better places to stay. You might like to try the aire on Route du Laber in outskirts of Roscoff. Only 2 minutes from the ferry terminal.

I did had quite a nice night. there is nothing open there. and also if you have a long over hang. be careful there is quite a dip going in. a poor old tugger lost the rear lights on his van.
