HI ALL
Just need some advice i have a 05 rimor kat 6 .On the roof from the front to the back the outer sheet is not stuck down all over i can press it down in some spots on the roof 2 or 3 mm until i can feel what is under it . I have been looking at outher motorhomes slightly newer and fronts of the roof as it bends over the cab bed on these are the same as my rimor ie as i push the sheet they is a gap until it hit what is under it . I hope you under stand what i mean .Is this the norm .:thumb:

i know exactly what you mean terry and mine is the same......
i think its normal for the GRP roof skin not to be fully bonded to the plywood base to allow for expansion and contraction.:thumb:

I agree with papajohn it's to enable the roof to bend and move,so as to stop it from cracking:thumb:

Yep.

If it was fixed solidly it would crack the roof.

It's surprising just how hot it gets up there if...or when....the sun gets on it.
