So my new MH has been leaking bad for years I have have stripped out the whole inside and now ready to attack the leaks.
I have this edge trim around the roof and down the rear:
I note on the inside of the MH screws coming in horizontally every so often from what appears to be under this bit of trim.
The inner wood is rotten and has been removed and ready to replace.
Does anyone have any idea how I should make this repair?
Can I remove this trim easily and use new screws and re fix trim with Silkaflex?
Should / can I replace this trim entirely?
