Hi.
Went there years ago on a small Rally,super site,if i remember rightly and if you can still have access,there is a walk through the far end of the park,(Away from the road) That takes you around and past a beautiful old Water Mill.up into a villagy bit. Boating on the River. Call in "Stratford Canners while you are there,(IF they still are LOL) and they will fix you up with a load home to your area.

Going there today, 4 nights for 3 +10% discount for CC members so good value.
Went there about 10 years ago when we had a caravan.
The site has had a lot of money spent on it in the last year or so.
Will write a review when we get back.

We stayed there last September, nice clean facilities even though a bit old, staff all very nice
2 ways to walk into town either down the river or along Tiddington road which is like millionaires row . Site also runs a water taxi to and from the town
Bar and restaurant very nice and food is excellent.
In village about 300 yards from site you will find a spar, Chinese and Indian restaurants both of which do take away.
We will be going back later this year

Good clean site very large bar overlooking the river good food (not cheap)
I think they have Weekend entertainment on most weekends.
Nice pub and indian for meals in tiddington ten min walk from site.

Ok...
Great location, only a 15 minute walk into Stratford.
Tiddington is just a 5 minute walk away, there is a shop that sells just about everything, Chinese that does takeaway and the Indian. The pub is very good with average priced meals throughout the day.
The site has not changed much! It floods when the river gets high, all the static caravans are well off the ground and we were directed to park up with the front wheels on the road as the ground was soft. The MH was slightly off level when we arrived but it settled in nicely and were level on the last day! You could see where people had been towed off (they have a tractor fit for purpose).
The good side, toilets were always immaculate and an obliging Polish guy looked after them WITHOUT shutting the toilets down at all. The showers were powerful and the water was always hot (although there was no hot/cold regulator) you had to be careful making sure that nothing delicate got scalded!
Overall, great location, very friendly, good shower block, made to feel welcome at all times, pricey.
