Steph's accomplices decided to drag take us on a final walk before they leave on Friday!!! They dragged took us right up the mountains again (making sure I was fully knackered before they leave) pffft no sympathy for an ageing Munchie!!!

Some are but not all.
It is about a kilometer to the foothills of the Espuna.
If you do say a 3 hour walk you are well into the Espuna!
Or you can cycle so far in then lock your bikes to a tree or pole then walk out!
